Universal Floor Mounted Accumulator.

Description

Universal Floor Mounted Accumulator designed to raise and lower Pressure Racks on accumulating belt Driven Roller Conveyor.  Height adjustable for 4-1/2″ to 6-1/2″ floor to bottom of pressure rack height.  Compatible to conveyors with either a high or a low return belt path.

Specifications:

• Designed to bolt to 18″ between frame pressure rack.
• Concrete mounted with two 3/8″ diameter concrete anchors.
• Made from LASER cut and structural steel.
• 3″ diameter Firestone Air Mount with 2″ of stroke.
• Air fitting included for 3/8″ poly-flow air tubing.  Air fitting easily swapped to different size.
• Two Stage height adjustment for different return belt paths and different height pressure racks.
