Description
Our Standard 36” wide line shaft conveyor is designed for many applications, including use as a bundle conveyor for both 37” and 50” flexo/folder/gluers. This Urethane Belt transfer allows a tighter 90 degree turn than with a conventional curved conveyor section. This section is driven from a line shaft Drive section. Order legs separately. Custom sizes are available.
Specifications:
- 5-1/2” x 11 gauge Side Frames
- 1.9” Diameter Rollers on 3” Centers
- Line Shaft Driven with 3/16” Diameter 90 Durometer Drive Bands.
- This section is driven by a Line Shaft Drive Section.
- Urethane belt transfer with the following belt spacing:
- 9”/9”/9”
- Four 3/8” diameter polyurethane drive belts
- Pneumatic raise of belt transfer
- Transfer is slave driven from 1” conveyor line shaft
