Description
Our Standard 36” wide line shaft conveyor is designed for many applications, including use as a bundle conveyor for both 37” and 50” flexo/folder/gluers. This section is driven from a line shaft drive section. Order legs separately.
Specifications:
- 45 Degree Curved Section. Order 2 for 90 Degree Turn. Order 4 for 180 Degree U-Turn.
- 5-1/2” x 11 gauge Side Frames
- 2” Diameter Rollers on 3” Centers
- 1” line shaft with spools & retaining clips
- Dual grooved tapered line shaft rollers.
- 12 rollers per 45 degree curve with 8 rollers directly driven from line shaft for the best curve drive possible
- Heavy duty 2-bolt flange mounted bearings
- Line Shaft Driven with 3/16” Diameter 90 Durometer Drive Bands.
