Description
This Center Pivot Car includes one 84” Wide (BF) lane of conveyor and powered pivot motion. The pivot car allows long loads to be pivoted. Also, three GMA pallet sized unit loads can be pivoted at a time. The unit comes complete with Power Mast, Conveyor Transition sections and Guarding. We can integrate this device into your existing system and cause it to pre-measure the length of loads so that it can decide automatically how many loads to transfer at a time.
Specifications:
- 12” Top of Roller (TOR) conveyor height with 2-1/2” load carrying rollers on 3” centers.
- 1.0hp conveyor drive motor at 45fpm with safety lockout switch.
- Five inch structural channel side frames (C5).
- Two 1.0hp, 460 Volt Pivot drive motors on opposite corners with VFD for high speed rotation.
- Fully pre-wired pivot car with proximity switches and photo-eyes.
- Fully pre-wired power mast with warning light, horn Junction boxes with terminals and Robotics cable to run from power mast to pivot car.
