Description

Rowe Conveyor’s S.L.P.S. (Simplified Load Positioning System) is a traditional full featured automatic load positioning system for 1 or 2 Compression Strapping Machines. Turnkey Installations with a PLC Start-up are offered.  It is best to schedule this installation during a 3-day weekend.  The all-button operator interface requires minimal operator education.

Specifications:

• 48” wide by 42” high by 23” deep Strapping System Operator Console with internal Motor Control Panel, Operator Push Buttons and Allen-Bradley Micrologix 1500 PLC.
• Hard wired of Ethernet Communication, 2 Strapping Machines and other PLC’s
• Includes Motor Controls for Entry Conveyor, Turntable Conveyor & External Turntable Device.
• Includes 7 Retroreflective Photo-eyes, Reflectors, stands.
• Includes Software for precision load length and load width measuring as well as automatic load positioning for straps.
• Includes Strap Pattern Selection for up to 5 primary and 4 cross straps to be placed in an automatic mode
• Includes a Sheet Strapping Mode.
