Center Pivot Conveyor
Rowe Conveyor’s two standard pivot car sizes are 72” X 12’-0” and 84” X 14’-0” and are designed to transfer multiple unit loads at a time.
Our Pivot Cars are available in both center pivot and corner pivot styles. The corner pivots are made to order per the length and width you request.
Our Center Pivots are the most popular and are available in both standard and custom sizes.
Standard features include: 12” Top of Roller height, two 1.0hp motors for rotation and one 1.0hp motor for conveyor drive. Rotation is accomplished using a variable speed drive for fast rotation and soft stop at the end of travel.
The Pivot Car can be used as a two-way, three-way or four-way intersection.
The pivot car includes two pivot motors that each drive an 3” wide polyurethane tread by 8” diameter drive wheel on opposite corners of the device. This insures great contact with the floor and positive pivot motion.
Rowe Conveyor Center Pivot cars are designed to pivot up to three loads at a time making them ideal for a main conveyor line pivot point. If your strapping system runs parallel to your converting machines you might want to utilize one of our pivot cars to keep the loads properly oriented for efficient strapping.
