Fork Truck Interface Devices
Rowe Conveyor manufactures heavy duty fork truck interface devices, consisting of reinforced 3/8” steel, in many configurations.
Our Fork Truck Entries, Fingers, Guards and ramps are available in a wide variety of configurations. All are constructed using heavy 3/8” wall structural steel.
All of our Fork Truck Entries come with drop-in rollers. Center fingers come with two photo-eye mounting locations.
Level Fork Truck Entries are most commonly built at 12” Top of Roller height. Declining fork truck fingers slope down from 5” high to 3-1/2” high. Both styles have elevated tips to prevent loads from being pushed off of the end of the entry.
Fingers are available as individual units or pre-welded to a base plate.
Fork truck guards can be placed adjacent to a conveyor to protect it from being hit by fork trucks.
Fork truck Delivery Guards are similar to standard Fork Truck Guards but include 3/8” tick steel tabs that make it easy for a fork truck to back out from under a load without a pallet.
We also manufacture Fork Truck Ramps which consist of a 3/8” thick steel plate sloping from 4” high down to floor level. The leading edge is bent 90 degrees to fit into a slot in the concrete floor.
