Load Centering Device
Rowe Conveyor’s Load Centering Device is a heavy-duty unit employing 4 #60 roller chains and variable electronic torque limiting controls to center a wide range of load sizes.
Rowe Conveyor’s Load Centering Device includes:
Scalloped folding heads for lifting and folding bottom sheets, 4 #60 roller chains to be able to handle very large loads, heads folded detection and current monitoring to avoid upsetting lighter loads. 102” opening between the heads when the heads are retracted. This matches the opening of most compression strapping machines.
The distance between the full forward position of the two heads is very small to allow centering of small loads. The single device is compatible to 72”, 84” & 96” wide roller conveyors.
The “T” rails which guide the heads are recessed below the rollers. Therefore there are no large gaps between rollers and no rails to snag bottom sheets.
