Pallet Stacker / De-stacker

Our Auto-Flex® (PSD-1) Pallet Stacker / De-stacker is a fully automatic heavy duty machine manufactured by Rowe Conveyor LLC.  It is a self-contained hydraulic machine that can dispense or stack pallets.  The pallet stack can be up to 20 pallets.  The device is a fully hydraulic piece of equipment with 60” forks that have powered side shift.  The machine cycle time is less than 30 seconds per pallet.

Our PSD-1 can accommodate both standard & non-standard pallet sizes. The two forks can be individually side shifted to a minimum spacing of 16” and a maximum spacing of 42”. The 60” long forks can lift pallets up to 84” long.  The powered side shift is easily done by joy-stick actuation during set-up for the next order.

Our PSD-1 includes an Operator Guard that separates the stack of pallets from operator areas along a conveyor that takes away or feeds pallets to the machine. The machine includes a pressure regulator to limit the fork extend force.

Our Auto-Flex® PSD-1 includes both Automatic and Manual Controls in a very simple format using push buttons and joy sticks. The system includes Jam Detection and Diagnostics enunciated via pushbutton lights and a machine status stack light.  The device installation is very simple and includes a plug for primary power and a plug for interlocks to your conveyor system.  Mating plugs are included.
