Description
These are the most Heavy Duty Fork Truck fingers in the industry. Made from 3/8” plate steel reinforced with 3/8” X 3” X 4” structural angle. 2-1/2” Diameter steel rollers with 11/16” hex axles are included. The center finger is 6” shorter to avoid fork truck mast cylinder. The tips of the two side fingers are inclined to keep loads from pushing off the end. The fingers are welded to a steel plate to prevent fork tips from going under fingers. Pictures are of typical entries.
Specifications:
- Two 30” Wide by 5’-6” Long roller conveyor side fingers.
- One 12” Wide by 5’-0” Long roller conveyor center finger.
- 12” Top of Roller (TOR) conveyor height with 2-1/2” load carrying rollers on 3” centers.
- All is constructed of 3/8” Structural Steel plate. Most others use 1/4″ plate.
- Center finger has two mounting locations for photo-eyes.
- Fingers are welded to 1/4″ steel floor plate with 90 degree break on leading edge designed to be recessed in the concrete floor.
